Frequently asked questions
Is RIDA a therapist or a medical service?
No. RIDA is a companion app for everyday conversation. It is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country.
Where are my conversations stored?
On your device. Our servers relay messages to generate a reply but do not keep the text of your conversations, your uploaded images, or your documents.
Do you sell my data or train models on it?
No. Your conversations are not sold and are not used to train anyone's models. What we do keep is described in the Privacy Policy.
Does the app show advertising?
No. RIDA shows no ads inside the app. Revenue comes from subscriptions only.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Through your store account — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone, or the Google Play app on Android. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. Step-by-step instructions are in the Subscription Terms.
What are credits?
Credits are what conversation and image creation draw on. A subscription grants an allowance each billing period; the free tier includes a smaller one.
Which languages does RIDA speak?
Eighteen, including English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Turkish, Arabic, Thai, Polish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Russian and Filipino.
How do I get help or report a problem?
Email contact@yayinintl.com. We read everything that arrives and reply in English or Chinese.

We earn money from app subscriptions. We do not show advertising inside our apps, we do not sell user data, and we are not an advertising agency — when we advertise, we advertise our own apps.

Our Google Ads API use
YAYIN INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED uses Google Ads to promote RIDA, our own mobile app.
We have developed an internal advertising operations tool that connects to the Google Ads API. Authorized members of our growth and engineering teams use this tool to create and manage Google App campaigns, manage campaign budgets and creative assets, and retrieve performance reports for our own Google Ads accounts.
The tool is for internal use only. It is not offered to clients, external advertisers, RIDA subscribers, or the general public. We do not manage advertising for other companies.
