· 账户与登录标识(用于识别你的账号);
· 积分与用量流水(token 用量等计费记录,不含对话正文);
· 在你同意的前提下,少量匿名使用统计(如地区、使用时长),用于改进服务;
· 购买/订阅交易的引用与状态(用于发放权益与退款处理);
用于安装来源统计与问题排查;
203.0.x.x);
· 广告归因数据(见第三节)。在 iOS 上是 Apple 提供的归因凭据;
gps_adid);
「帮我成长」开关处随时关闭;关闭后即不再记录;
(szh.liruidai.com),用来了解广告投放的效果。
· 它不包含你的姓名、邮箱、通讯录或任何可直接识别你的信息;
什么转化类型),不是可以跨应用追踪你的标识符;
则不发送任何位置信息。省/州与城市仅在你同意使用统计时包含;
· 我们不使用 Apple 的广告标识符(IDFA),也不做跨应用或跨网站追踪;
Android 版使用第三方归因服务商 Adjust(Adjust GmbH,德国)。
(szh-gpa.liruidai.com)。
广告标识符——这一点与上面 iOS 的做法不同,我们不含糊其辞;
所以这属于与广告平台之外的第三方共享;
(应用内没有广告位),也不投放再营销;
· 我们不出售这些数据,不交给数据经纪商;
完成了购买;
以及 Firebase 自己生成的一个应用实例标识;
陪伴者的编号、是第几轮、是否使用语音——没有任何你输入或收到的文字;
· 昵称、你让 RIDA 记住的事、上传的图片与文档,同样都不在其中;
打开充值页、发起购买;
多少积分);
是否语音这类计数,没有任何你输入或收到的文字;
· 昵称、你让 RIDA 记住的事、上传的图片与文档,都不在其中;
· 你可以随时在应用内清除本地历史;
理由见该节);
· 你可以选择所在地区,影响数据处理的服务区域;

RIDA · Last updated 2026-09
RIDA is an artificial intelligence (AI) system, not a real person. The companions in the app are AI characters: they have names and personalities, but they are not real people. Every reply you receive is generated by AI — no human takes part in the conversation, and no human reads your chats. The service does not provide professional medical, legal, financial or psychotherapeutic advice.
RIDA is an emotional-companion AI app. We follow a local-first principle: your chat history, nickname and other personal content are stored locally on your device. Our servers do not persist your conversation text, uploaded images or documents — such content is only relayed in memory while a request is processed, and released afterward.
To operate the app and handle billing, we keep only what is necessary:
· Account and sign-in identifiers;
· Credit and usage ledgers (token usage for billing, without
conversation content);
· With your consent, limited anonymous usage stats (e.g. region, time spent)
to improve the service;
· Purchase/subscription references and status (to grant entitlements and
handle refunds);
· Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language
and time zone), used for install-source reporting and troubleshooting;
· If you have consented to usage statistics, an approximate
location inferred from your network address (country or region, plus
state/province and city). We do not retain your full network
address — it is discarded once the location has been inferred, and logs keep
only a masked form (e.g. 203.0.x.x);
· Advertising attribution data (see section 3). On iOS this is an
Apple-provided attribution token; on Android it includes an
advertising identifier (the Google Advertising ID,
gps_adid);
· In-app usage statistics (see section 4). On by default, and you
can turn it off at any time with the "Help me grow" switch; once off, nothing
further is recorded;
· Usage records (see section 5): time spent, conversation turns, credits consumed
and purchase delivery outcomes. This one has no switch and applies
on both platforms — see that section for why.
We advertise RIDA, so we need to know how those ads actually perform — which ones lead to installs and subscriptions. The two platforms use entirely different mechanisms and handle different kinds of data, so they are described separately.
If you found and installed RIDA through an advertisement on the Apple App
Store, Apple provides the app with an attribution token. We
send it, together with the device information listed above, to our own
attribution service (szh.liruidai.com) in order to understand how
our advertising performs.
What this data is, stated plainly:
· It contains no name, email, contacts or
anything that directly identifies you;
· What it resolves to is campaign-level information (which ad,
which country or region, what kind of conversion) — not an identifier that can
track you across apps;
· Sent alongside it are the device details listed in the previous section and an
approximate location. If you have turned usage statistics off,
we send only the country or region you entered yourself in
settings; if you entered none, we send no location at all. State/province and
city are included only with your consent to usage statistics;
· We do not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA), and we
do not track you across apps or websites;
· This data is not sold and not shared with data brokers, nor
with any third party beyond the advertising platform itself.
Because no cross-app tracking is involved on iOS, the app does not ask you for tracking permission there (the App Tracking Transparency prompt).
Apple's handling of attribution data is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
The Android version uses Adjust (Adjust GmbH, Germany), a
third-party attribution provider. Its SDK is integrated into the app and
reports an install event to Adjust's servers. Adjust determines which ad that
install came from and passes the result to our own attribution service
(szh-gpa.liruidai.com).
The important differences from iOS, stated without hedging:
· On Android we read and use the Google Advertising
ID (gps_adid). It is an advertising
identifier that can associate the same device across apps — unlike the iOS
approach described above;
· This data is shared with a third party: Adjust, acting as a
data processor on our behalf, receives the advertising identifier, device
information, and install and subscription events. Adjust is
not an advertising platform, so this is sharing beyond the
advertising platform itself;
· It is used solely to measure advertising performance (which
ad produced installs and subscriptions, and what the return on that spend
is). We do not use it to build user profiles, do
not serve targeted ads (the app contains no ad placements),
and do not run remarketing;
· We do not sell this data and do not pass it
to data brokers;
· Location sent alongside it follows the same rules as iOS (see the third point
in 3.1).
You can turn this off. Delete your advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads on your device and the app can no longer read it. You can also reset the ID in the same place, which detaches earlier records from you.
Adjust's handling of data is covered by Adjust's own privacy policy.
To learn which parts of the app work and which parts get in the way, the Android version includes Google Firebase Analytics. It is on by default, and you can turn it off whenever you like — once off, nothing about your behaviour is recorded.
Where the switch is: open the app, tap You in the bottom navigation, then the "What stays between us." card (the in-app version of this page). The switch is at the very bottom, labelled "Help me grow". We do not interrupt you with a prompt: this explanation lives here, and the switch sits at the bottom of the same page inside the app, one screen away. Once you turn it off, that choice sticks — a later launch or update will not switch it back on.
What gets recorded is:
· Actions you take — opening the app, which companion
you chose, sending a message (which turn, whether by voice), viewing the daily
word, running out of credits, opening the purchase screen, completing a
purchase;
· Device and environment details alongside each record (device model, OS version,
app version, language, approximate region), plus an app-instance identifier
generated by Firebase;
· When you turn the switch off, the server clears the stored
behavioural fields and deletes the session history.
What is never recorded (this one is the app's premise):
· Not a single word of your conversations enters
analytics. An event carries the companion's identifier, the turn
number and whether voice was used — none of the text you sent or received;
· Nor your nickname, the things you ask RIDA to remember, or the images and
documents you upload;
· We do not use this to build profiles, do not
serve targeted ads (the app has no ad placements), and do not
run remarketing. The relevant ad-personalisation switches are
explicitly disabled in the app rather than left at their
defaults.
This data is processed by Google as a processor acting on our behalf, under Firebase's privacy documentation. The iOS version does not include the statistics in this section (the usage record in the next section does apply to both platforms).
Separately from the switchable statistics above, we keep a usage record. This one has no switch, because it is part of providing the service rather than an optional extra: we rely on it to understand how the product is used and decide what to build or fix, and to state the facts of a transaction to the app stores if it is ever disputed. Both the iOS and Android versions include it.
What gets recorded:
· Opening the app, which conversation turn you are on, how long you
spend, credits consumed and the balance left, opening the purchase screen,
starting a purchase;
· The delivery outcome recorded by our server after a purchase
(which product, the transaction id, how many credits were granted);
· App version, OS version and approximate region alongside each record, plus your
account identifier within this app.
Equally, what is never recorded:
· Not a single word of your conversations enters this
record — only counts such as which turn and whether voice was used, none
of the text you sent or received;
· Nor your nickname, the things you ask RIDA to remember, or the images and
documents you upload;
· No advertising identifier, nothing shared with advertising platforms, and no use
for targeted advertising or remarketing.
Why this one has no switch: if you request a refund, Apple or Google ask us to state the facts of that transaction — whether you received what you paid for, and how much of it you used. Those facts have to exist before the request is made; they cannot be reconstructed afterwards. The same record is also how we judge which direction the product should take. So we tell you about it here rather than offering a switch — a fulfilment record that can be turned off is not there when it is needed.
This record is sent to a processor acting on our behalf (szhm.liruidai.com / szhm-gpa.liruidai.com), used only for the two purposes above, and is not sold and not used to train models. You can still contact us under section 8 to request deletion of data tied to your account.
Your messages are sent to the third-party model providers we use (e.g. DeepSeek, Microsoft Azure OpenAI) to generate replies and to understand or generate images. This content is not sold and is not used by us to train models, and our servers do not store it (it is only relayed in memory).
We process your requests in a service region close to you wherever we can. Where a feature has no service node available in your region, it may be handled by a node in another region, or be temporarily unavailable. This means your input may be transferred outside your country or region for processing.
· You can clear local history in the app anytime;
· You can turn off the usage statistics in section 4 anytime (the usage
record in section 5 has no switch — see that section for why);
· You can choose your region, which affects the data-processing service region;
· You can contact us to request deletion of data tied to your account.
